However,
in process of photography, scanning, uploading to the site, & due
the color settings
on your monitor and many other factors affect the way these products
colors appear
to you. About the policies, note that since our product vary a lot,
from customized
apparel and accessories to ready to go items, we can’t generally
tell policies for all
products, for that we prefer if you email us to be sure about the
availability,
shipment and any other information. We will respond to you as fast as we can.

will attempt to deliver your orders as soon as possible. It is
sometimes possible
that from one moment to the other we run out of our products and
until it is made &
shipped it will take us some time, so please take this in
consideration when ordering
for special events. But in any case, just write to us to know for
sure, as it depends
in which item you are interested in.

are satisfied with our services. We will check order prior to
shipment to make sure it
is up to the quality standard we promised. But please note that our
products are hand-
made and require special care. However, if you are not delighted
with the purchase you
made, or if it is faulty, we will gladly try our best to satisfy you
by exchanging it or
by finding any other means in condition that it is dispatched to us
within 3 working
days of receipt in an unused, unwashed and undamaged state. And
please notify us by
email that you are not satisfied and why within 24 hours since you
received the product.
we strongly recommend that you send back your purchase with an
insured courier since
we won’t be responsible for the product once it leaves our store
and reaches you.
